This page is your starting point. It has everything you need to hit the ground running so we can move quickly and efficiently together. Please read it carefully, bookmark it, and reference it often.

Once that is squared away, your next job is to pull together your PR assets. I have laid out exactly what I need from you below — follow the checklist, build your Google folder, and share it with me. The faster you get me your assets, the faster we get you in front of the right rooms.

Gather everything below and upload it to your Google folder (instructions follow). Check each item off as you go.
Please note: MJC understands that you may not currently have every item on this list, and that is completely okay. Share what you have, and together we will strategically identify and develop any remaining assets needed to position and pitch you with excellence.
Go to Google Drive, click + New, and select New Folder. Name it: YourName – MJC PR Assets.
Inside your main folder, create labeled subfolders matching the checklist above — Headshots, Bios, Logos, Press Coverage, Video, etc. Organized folders help us move faster.
Add every item from the checklist to its matching subfolder. When in doubt, upload it anyway — more is more at this stage. Do not send files via email.
Right-click your main folder, select Share, and invite [email protected] with Editor access. Then send me a quick email letting me know it is ready.
